Our fun-loving client came to us with a desire to add a wow factor to his new bonus space. We began by working with the L-shaped floor plan to establish distinct zones for pool and TV viewing. The true stars of the room were two large-scale wallpaper murals, applied to canvases for maximum impact and future flexibility. Vibrant throw pillows breathed new life into the client’s repurposed black furniture. A bar console crafted from reclaimed whiskey barrels and a rustic round cocktail table grounded the space with warm, distressed wood tones, while an amoeba-shaped sculpture echoed the retro energy of the artwork. A personalized Nebraska whiskey decanter was the cherry on top! In the end, the room surpassed all expectations—and the client shared that he couldn’t wait to enjoy it with his sons.
