Our mission for this Cozy Up was to make it feel warmer and less clinical. We began by playing up symmetry with white oak  bookcases. A warm neutral wall color was applied to replace the cold builder grey. Next, we hunted down the perfect custom drapery fabric in terracotta paisley with hints of indigo that brought everything together. An indigo Persian motif in the dining area and a soft, earthy stripe in the living room anchored each space underfoot, while a new Four Hands “Lennon” chair rounded out seating. Then came lighting, with an iron-forged chandelier and jug lamps creating a warm, inviting glow. Coffee and side tables, along with thoughtfully chosen accessories, finished out the rooms. The result? A transformation that left the homeowners genuinely amazed at how warm, welcoming, and pulled-together their home could feel.
