Little Lake Getaway

At just 650 square feet, this condo underwent a remarkable transformation without requiring a major renovation budget. By layering rich color, thoughtful finishes, and a few high-impact updates, we turned this dated 1980s space into a warm, inviting slightly Modern Boho retreat.

Paint did the heavy lifting, giving existing cabinets, the backsplash, and a new wood slat feature wall fresh personality, while timeless luxury vinyl flooring, statement wallpaper, and black appliances created a more cohesive, elevated look. Warm terracotta accents and cozy textures completed the transformation, resulting in a relaxing getaway that feels custom-designed without the cost of a full gut renovation.
