These lovely homeowners had a few parameters for their new living room design: incorporate a neutral green, and make their leather recliner part of the plan. A traditional hand-hooked wool rug in tan and sage inspired the overall color scheme. Space was limited, so we included a small sectional that allowed for walking flow around the room. To personalize the bookcase accessories, we called upon their travels to Vermont for creative inspiration. Forged iron lamps and metal tables added a rustic touch and burlap curtain panels softened the windows and added home-spun charm.
